Senior Director Global Turbo Generator Business

• Management of the business operations and development of the Turbo Generator product group
• End-to-end leadership and strategic development of the global Turbo Generator business
• Leadership of an international, cross-functional organization (project management, engineering, product management, sales/key account, commercial management)
• Support and coaching of team leaders and employees to achieve performance and development goals
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration across product groups, shared functions, regions, and customer service
• Leadership of the globally distributed organization with key locations in Linz, Bhopal, and Tiszakécske, as well as integration with the Weiz site
• Responsibility for P&L, including annual budgeting and target setting
• Definition and implementation of global product and market strategy, as well as portfolio development
• Promotion of growth through innovation, technological advancement, and process optimization
• Monitoring of R&D initiatives and oversight of project execution in engineering, sales, and manufacturing

• Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field
• At least 10 years of experience in the energy generation sector with roles in product development, project execution, or strategic business management
• Deep understanding of energy generation technologies, rotating machinery, market mechanisms, and customer requirements
• Proven success in leading global teams and managing complex product groups
• Experience with P&L responsibility, strategic planning, and growth initiatives
• Experience in matrix organizations and collaboration with senior stakeholders on a global level
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
• High business acumen, resilience, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including complex negotiations
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage; willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones
