In this role, you are responsible for the operational performance, governance, and continuous improvement of assistance services in the Northern Europe region. Your focus is on ensuring efficient, high-quality services while aligning strategic objectives with local requirements.

Your responsibilities

Define and implement the operational strategy
Monitor and optimize KPIs, SLAs, quality, and costs
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer experience
Lead and develop international operations teams
Drive transformation and improvement projects
Establish and maintain governance structures
Manage operational risks and ensure business continuity
Promote innovation, automation, and data-driven decisions
Develop talents and critical skills in the region
Ensure compliance with group policies and local regulations

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience in operations in an international environment
Experience in senior operations positions
Proven experience in people management
Experience in change management and transformation
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on implementation
Strong stakeholder management skills
Analytical and results-oriented approach
Knowledge in managing operational risks and business continuity
English proficiency at C1 level
Additional languages advantageous: German B2, Dutch B2, or French B2
