You are responsible for the economic development of an established branch in recruitment consultancy. Your focus is on business development, client acquisition, and managing and filling recruiting processes within the team.

Your responsibilities

Take on strategic leadership of the branch
Ensure operational management of the location
Expand existing customer relationships
Actively acquire new clients
Ensure achievement of revenue, profit, and growth targets
Manage and coordinate recruiting activities
Conduct interviews
Successfully fill open positions
Optimize processes in sales, recruiting, and administration
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and development of the team

Your profile

At least 5 years of professional experience in temporary employment (AKÜ) in Austria
Initial leadership experience
Experience in employee development and motivation
Strong sales capability
Proven experience in acquiring new clients
Experience in expanding existing client relationships
Understanding of economic relationships and key figures
Comprehensive recruiting knowledge
Solid knowledge of Austrian labor law, the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG), and relevant collective agreements (Kollektivverträge)
Class B driving license
