Managing a branch in real estate asset management with strategic and operational responsibility. The main task is overseeing real estate activities and managing a significant real estate portfolio.

Your responsibilities

Strategic management of the Austrian branch
Operational leadership of the branch
Leading and developing an interdisciplinary team (approximately 10 employees)
Overseeing real estate activities in Austria and implementing strategy, performance, and corporate objectives
Taking responsibility for a real estate portfolio with over €2 billion in assets under management
Building and maintaining relationships with the local key investor and institutional investors
Identifying and acquiring off-market transactions in line with portfolio strategies
Ensuring collaboration between transactions, asset management, and project management teams within a matrix organization
Managing external service providers and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance standards
Developing local organizational structures and supporting change processes, particularly in digitalization and AI

Your profile

Completed university degree, ideally in management, business administration, real estate, or a related field
Certification as a real estate trustee, broker, or manager (advantageous)
Several years of relevant professional experience in real estate management
Experience in disciplinary leadership of employees
In-depth knowledge of the Austrian real estate market
Established network in the real estate industry
Experience in asset management, transactions, portfolio management, or real estate investments (advantageous)
Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
Very good MS Office skills
Leadership strength, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and confident stakeholder management
