Member of Executive Management

• Assume overall responsibility for emergency services, including emergency duty services
• Take responsibility for the operation of the control center
• Hold responsibility for the health advisory service 1450
• Exercise responsibility for related areas (e.g., emergency call assistance)
• Shape the strategic leadership of assigned areas
• Advance the further development of the areas you are responsible for
• Assume operational co-responsibility for the regional association in coordination with the board
• Assume strategic co-responsibility for the regional association in coordination with the board
• Represent the areas externally
• Act as a central contact for authorities and partner organizations
• Drive digitalization in the assigned areas
• Establish data-driven management and implement process optimization
• Collaborate closely, loyally, and constructively with other management board members

• Completed degree or equivalent education (e.g., business administration, law, health management)
• Solid commercial expertise
• Several years of leadership experience at a senior management level
• Ideally experience in the NPO or non-profit sector
• Experience in emergency services, emergency duty services, and/or control center operations (advantageous)
• Strong affinity for digitalization
• Strong affinity for AI
• Experience with process optimization
• Competence in data-driven management
• Familiarity with modern management tools
• Good understanding of legal frameworks in the association or rescue services sector
• Good understanding of organizational frameworks in the association or rescue services sector
• Good understanding of political frameworks in the association or rescue services sector
• Identification with the values, principles, and humanitarian mission of the organization
