Your responsibilities

Establishing your own branch in the field of recruitment consultancy
Leading the branch with full responsibility
Developing and maintaining sustainable client relationships
Creating and preparing job profiles
Writing and publishing job ads
Systematic acquisition of qualified candidates nationally
Systematic acquisition of qualified candidates internationally
Conducting structured interviews with candidates
Guiding candidates throughout the selection process
Selling additional services such as personnel development, training, and media house

Your profile

Experience in recruitment consultancy is an advantage
Experience in sales is an advantage
Experience in a leadership position is an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking is expected
High self-motivation required
Enjoyment in consultancy activities
Strong communication skills in dealing with people
