Head of Valuation and Technical Assessment

• Leading, developing, and mentoring an interdisciplinary team of approximately 10 members
• Assuming overall responsibility for the quality and operational performance of the department
• Managing resource planning and personnel deployment
• Providing technical guidance and occasionally participating in evaluation projects
• Further developing the department's strategy and organizational structures
• Ensuring understandable and high-quality documentation of results
• Developing methods, standards, processes, and quality criteria
• Identifying and implementing optimization, efficiency, and digitalization potentials
• Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and industrial clients
• Managing selected key projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Completed technical education; ideally HTL, FH, or TU (e.g., civil engineering, building technology, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
• Several years of professional experience in evaluation, assessment, construction, industry, real estate, insurance, or a comparable technical environment
• Understanding of technical evaluation logics, particularly restoration values, construction and plant costs, and asset values
• Several years of leadership experience with expertise in team development, resource planning, and goal steering
• Experience in process, quality, and organizational development
• Interest in standardization and digitalization
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic design ability
• Analytical strength and strong numerical understanding
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style with strong implementation and decision-making skills
• Excellent German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
