You will independently develop the Upper Austrian market in the area of temporary staffing and manage clients from cold acquisition to long-term support. Central to this role are analyzing staffing needs, creating proposals including costing, and coordinating staff scheduling with the back office; eventually, you will take over branch management.

Your responsibilities

Independent development of the Upper Austrian market
Cold acquisition of potential clients
Engaging and consulting with production managers and supervisors
Identifying the need for specialists
Creating proposals for clients
Calculating hourly rates
Negotiating terms with clients
Coordinating staffing allocation with the back-office team
Creating forecasts
Reporting to management

Your profile

Strong sales orientation
Experience in commercial temporary staffing (advantageous)
Experience in technical sales to industrial clients (advantageous)
Existing network in the Upper Austrian industrial sector (advantageous)
Extroverted and proactive demeanor
Strong closing skills
Reliability and market knowledge
Grounded demeanor towards production managers
Fluent in German
Good English skills (advantageous)
