You will take charge of the IT infrastructure and shape the ongoing development of the IT organization. You will also manage strategic digitization and infrastructure projects, ensuring the stability and security of the system landscape.

Your responsibilities

Personnel management of the IT team
Organizational leadership of the IT team
Technical management of the IT department
Development of the IT organization
Management of strategic digitization projects
Implementation of IT infrastructure projects to modernize the system landscape
Ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure
Increasing the efficiency, availability, and performance of IT systems and applications
Procurement of hardware and software
Management and coordination of external IT service providers
Development of the IT security architecture focusing on networks and firewalls
Operation of IT security measures
Organization of professional IT support for all companies
Responsibility for ISO 27001 certification
Ongoing documentation of IT processes

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in a similar IT management role
Several years of leadership experience in a senior IT position
Ideally, experience in a mid-sized or corporate environment
Strong competence in employee leadership
Ability to motivate IT teams
Experience in the development of IT teams
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure
In-depth knowledge of IT security, particularly firewalls
Experience in operating modern, scalable system landscapes
Experience in planning and managing digitization and IT transformation projects
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work approach
High awareness of quality and security
Confidence in negotiating with external IT service providers
Experience in procurement and partner management
Very good understanding of IT governance, process documentation, and standards
