In this position, you will take full responsibility for the HR department and oversee all personnel matters throughout the Employee Life Cycle. You will lead and develop the HR team and act as a sparring partner for the management and executives.

Your responsibilities

Taking full responsibility for the HR department across the Employee Life Cycle
Leading and developing the HR team
Coordinating all HR measures and projects
Acting as a sparring partner for management and executives
Serving as a contact for labor, personnel-related, and personal matters
Conducting recruiting and designing onboarding processes
Implementing employer branding measures
Building and developing personnel development initiatives
Being responsible for payroll and travel expense accounting
Advancing HR controlling with KPIs, reports, and decision-making foundations

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience in an HR generalist role
Thorough knowledge of labor law
Experience in recruiting
Knowledge of payroll accounting
Advantageous: Knowledge of the collective agreement (Kollektivvertrag) for commercial employees
Advantageous: Experience with the payroll program CPU
Structured and solution-oriented working approach
Assertiveness
Strong communication skills with pronounced social competence and discretion
Team player with a hands-on mentality, motivation, and commitment
