As the Head of Human Resources, you are responsible for managing the entire Employee Life Cycle as well as developing HR strategies and processes. You advise the management and executives and oversee HR reporting, budget, and external payroll.

Your responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the entire Employee Life Cycle
Drive the development of the Employee Life Cycle
Advise management on personnel matters
Provide operational support to executives on HR issues
Ensure compliance with labor law regulations
Further develop HR strategies and processes
Expand internal personnel development
Plan and implement employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the HR team
Oversee HR reporting, KPI management, budget planning and control, and collaborate with external payroll

Your profile

At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR position
Completed degree
Ideally focused on personnel management
Relevant experience in employer branding / personnel marketing
Experience in staff management
Extensive knowledge of Austrian labor and social law
Self-reliant working style
Proactive work approach
Structured working style
Strong communication and coordination skills
