You will take over the management of accounting and controlling and lead a finance team both technically and disciplinarily. You are responsible for bookkeeping, financial statements, reporting, budgeting, and forecasts, from which you derive measures for management.

Your responsibilities

Professional development of the finance team
Disciplinary leadership of the finance team
Creating the prerequisites for successful team collaboration
Managing ongoing bookkeeping
Ensuring timely monthly financial statements
Ensuring timely quarterly financial statements
Ensuring timely annual financial statements
Ensuring meaningful financial and group reporting
Preparing well-founded analyses for strategic decisions
Controlling the budgeting process
Controlling forecast processes
Controlling liquidity planning
Analysis of variances
Deriving specific action recommendations
Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and authorities

Your profile

Completed business administration education with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling
Several years of leadership experience in the accounting domain
Several years of leadership experience in the controlling domain
Sound understanding of financial interrelationships
Proficient knowledge of Austrian accounting laws
Proficient knowledge of Austrian tax laws
Proficient knowledge of Austrian duties laws
Experience with closing processes
Experience with reporting processes
Experience with planning processes
Experienced in handling ERP systems
Experienced in handling reporting systems
Oracle knowledge is advantageous
Hands-on mentality
Decisiveness

Attractive annual gross salary
Salary range: EUR 60,000 – EUR 80,000
