In this leadership role, you are responsible for the operational delivery and further development of central onboarding and KYC services for corporate clients. You lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process optimization and automation initiatives.

Your responsibilities

Take leadership responsibility for a team of about 30 people
Drive team development and promote a modern, respectful culture
Ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners
Ensure high-quality, on-time service delivery
Conduct resource, capacity, and budget planning
Initiate and implement change and transformation projects
Manage and conduct KYC processes for natural and non-natural persons
Coordinate the maintenance of customer relationships and changes in inventory
Take responsibility for account management and services for property management companies

Your profile

Several years of experience in the KYC field of a bank, insurance company, or a similarly regulated organization
In-depth knowledge of Customer Due Diligence
In-depth knowledge of onboarding processes
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Experience in managing employees
Experience in guiding teams through change processes
Strong stakeholder management
High communication skills and confident presence at different levels
Proactive, solution-oriented work style with strong analytical understanding and KPI focus
Very good German and English skills
