Head of Technical Service

• Personnel responsibility for a team of technicians (10–15 employees)
• Development of the team's technical and personal competencies
• Scheduling and resource allocation for technicians
• Planning international service operations
• Coordination of international commissioning operations
• Stakeholder management with external clients
• Coordination with internal departments (Project Management, After Sales)
• Performance management of service operations based on key figures
• Management and optimization of service processes
• Organization and operation of the service hotline

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL, or industrial master) in the electrical field
• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL, or industrial master) in mechanical engineering
• Preference for training in the field of mechatronics
• Professional experience in a similar position (preferred)
• Alternatively: experienced service and commissioning technicians with leadership ambition
• Leadership experience
• Good understanding of project-based plant engineering
• Good understanding of project-based mechanical engineering
• Fluent English skills at negotiation level
• Strong communication skills
