You will lead and strategically develop the group-wide controlling, holding overall responsibility for financial management at the corporate level. You act as the central interface between management, international units, and operational business, providing decision-relevant analyses and reports.

Your responsibilities

Leadership of the controlling team at the holding level
Accountability for Group Controlling
Development and standardization of group-wide controlling processes and tools
Management and analysis of international projects, including result forecasting, variance analyses, and risk assessment
Ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting in coordination with Group Accounting
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports at the group level
Sparring with top management for financial control and decision support
Shaping of calculation and cost accounting processes
Further development of the KPI system and expansion of transparent performance management
Management of budgeting and planning processes at the group level

Your profile

Completed relevant university degree
Solid controlling experience in an international corporate environment
Expertise in project business and dealing with complex project structures
IFRS knowledge and experience in reporting and liaising with accounting
Understanding of KPI and performance management systems and their further development
Experience with S/4HANA
Affinity for modern BI and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Power BI
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
Strategic thinker, strong leader, and person of integrity with a confident presence, excellent communication skills, and clear execution orientation
