You lead the HR department, including occupational health and safety, and hold operational responsibility for key HR processes. You manage the HR team and act as a trusted advisor to executives throughout the entire employee life cycle.

Your responsibilities

Development and management of the HR and occupational health and safety department
Functional and disciplinary leadership of the HR team
Management and execution of the entire recruiting process
Responsibility for payroll management and coordination with external payroll processing, including monthly data reporting
Planning and management of onboarding processes
Planning and management of offboarding processes
Design and implementation of personnel development measures
Contract management and administrative handling of personnel-related agreements
Consulting and sparring for executives on HR-related issues
Reporting and analysis of HR metrics, as well as optimization, standardization, and digitization of HR processes

Your profile

Completed degree in business administration
Ideally, a background in human resources
Several years of experience in a generalist HR role
Experience in recruiting
Solid knowledge throughout the employee life cycle (recruiting to offboarding)
Good knowledge of Austrian labor law.
Excellent German skills, spoken and written (C1)
Excellent English skills, spoken and written (C1)
Initial leadership experience with a small team is advantageous
Strong solution orientation, implementation strength, initiative, and sense of responsibility
