Head of ERP & ERP Transformation

• Creating the global ERP roadmap and defining the system architecture
• Selecting and managing the implementation partner
• Ensuring consistent processes and standards worldwide
• Managing the project budget
• Overseeing resource planning
• Setting program priorities
• Leading the ERP implementation including planning, controlling, and rollout
• Building and leading a cross-departmental project team
• Defining target processes in coordination with departments
• Managing global data migration as well as testing and acceptance processes

• Several years of experience leading large ERP or merchandise management projects
• Experience with international rollout (ideally)
• Deep understanding of industrial and production processes
• Leadership experience and motivation to build a new team
• Solid classical project management skills and strong analytical ability
• Proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders on an international level
• Experience in owner-operated companies is advantageous
• Very good German and English skills (at least B2)
• Spanish language skills welcome (e.g., A1)
• High affinity for processes and systems, enthusiasm for digitalization, and structured work approach

• Key role with high strategic visibility in an international environment
