Head of Architecture & Innovation Division

• Position and further develop enterprise architecture as a strategic partner for business and IT.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing architecture team including roles and career paths.
• Design and establish architecture governance with principles, standards, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure end-to-end governance of software projects from requirements to testing.
• Strategically manage and consolidate the IT portfolio while reducing technical debt.
• Identify and evaluate technology trends to derive strategic action options.
• Create decision-ready documents for top management with visions and risks.
• Link IT investments with business outcomes and implement appropriate control mechanisms.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders at all levels to anchor architectural decisions.
• Manage and prioritize innovation projects as well as integrate and transition successful initiatives into the IT portfolio.

• Completed studies in STEM, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and/or enterprise architecture.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• In-depth understanding of modern architecture paradigms and their organizational interactions.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams.
• Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong consulting skills with a convincing presence in board environments and reviews.
• Experience with EA frameworks such as TOGAF and agile methods at the enterprise level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and systems thinking with the ability to connect strategic big picture with operational details.
