Head of After-Sales Product Group

• Transforming customer service from reactive to proactive and preventive
• Expansion and further development of the after-sales product portfolio
• Further development of the used machinery business in coordination with the headquarters
• Design of standardized maintenance kits to support service contracts
• Structuring and standardizing global processes, interfaces, and regulations
• Definition and tracking of relevant KPIs for department management
• Assumption of global budget responsibility
• Disciplinary and technical leadership, including workforce planning, recruitment, and deployment planning
• Coordination of collaboration with international service companies, management of complex service cases, and conducting on-site visits
• Modernization of technical documentation and expansion of digital learning offers and AI-supported applications

• Completed technical education (e.g., HTL in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology) or completed technical studies (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics)
• 5–10 years of substantial experience in a comparable after-sales leadership role
• Experience with production facilities, complex commissioning, or in machinery and plant engineering
• Practical experience in the field of metalworking is an advantage
• Several years of leadership experience; leadership training is beneficial
• Knowledge in occupational safety
• Solid knowledge of modern IT systems, particularly Office 365
• Strong affinity for IoT and AI applications
• Negotiable German proficiency
• Fluent English skills at negotiation level

• Strategic and operational responsibility for the global after-sales division of a product group
• Leadership responsibility for multiple direct reports and approximately 120 employees on-site in Austria
• Functional reporting line directly to the global headquarters
• Membership in the Austrian management team
