Commercial Management of Interior Construction

• Assume the economic and entrepreneurial control of the interior construction department together with the technical department management
• Act as a financial sparring partner to the technical department management and the executive management
• Manage budgeting, forecasts, as well as monthly and annual financial statements
• Create meaningful analyses, key figures, and decision-making templates
• Manage projects financially and monitor results, costs, schedules, opportunities, and risks
• Identify economic improvement potentials and implement measures to optimize results
• Lead and develop the financial team and establish clear management and decision-making structures
• Question processes and organizational structures and drive forward digitalization and standardization
• Support executive management in financial and strategic special projects
• Participate in M&A projects, company evaluations, due diligence processes, and integrations (with corresponding experience)

• Completed degree in economics from a university or university of applied sciences, or comparable financial qualification
• Several years of experience in a financial leadership or management function
• Ideally, experience in the construction, project, or manufacturing industry
• Solid experience in performance management, project controlling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Entrepreneurial personality with strategic foresight, decisiveness, and strong implementation skills
• Experience in leading, developing, and motivating financial teams
• Ability to quickly grasp complex economic relationships and derive fields of action
• High digital affinity and interest in the development of modern management tools, processes, and organizational structures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and confident presence with internal and external stakeholders
• High social competence and the ability to exemplify a leadership culture based on trust, appreciation, and open communication
