You manage executives and employees in all HR matters and implement strategic HR topics. You work independently within your own area of responsibility and collaborate across departments.

Your responsibilities

Close collaboration with management to support HR matters
Advising executives on all HR topics within the area of responsibility
Care for employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Consideration of local requirements in Austria in employee care
Coordination with the HR Operations Team and external payroll provider
Implementation of operational HR tasks in the area of responsibility
Handling strategic HR topics for tailored business solutions
Ensuring daily HR operations through efficient processes on site
Responsibility for conducting recruiting processes in the area
Organization and management of onboarding processes for new employees
Promotion of HR topics across locations such as occupational safety
Participation in local and group-wide HR projects in collaboration with HR experts

Your profile

Completed degree in economics, psychology, or equivalent education
Alternatively, commercial education with relevant professional experience in HR
Relevant training or certifications in the HR field
At least three years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a general HR role
Experience in advising executives and employees
Familiarity with operational and strategic HR topics
Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor law
Proficient handling of local HR aspects in Austria
Communicative and independent work style
Strong business orientation and reliability
Analytical work style and pronounced digital affinity
Flexibility and resilience in everyday work
Assertiveness in implementing HR topics
Fluent German skills and very good English skills
