You will lead the Industrial Engineering function and be responsible for translating strategic guidelines into concrete capacity and investment plans. Your primary task is to create data-driven decision-making foundations and to make production systems efficient, scalable, and predictable.

Your responsibilities

Lead and further develop the Industrial Engineering function
Promote data-driven decision-making processes as the interface between strategy and implementation
Transform strategic goals into capacity, cost, and investment frameworks
Develop and maintain capacity models and simulation tools for medium- and long-term planning
Conduct CapEx planning and evaluation
Create structured business cases and derive end-of-life equipment strategies and priorities
Provide fact-based decision-making foundations for investment processes
Implement optimized production layouts in alignment with the technology roadmap and growth
Lead cross-departmental projects with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance
Establish and maintain robust data foundations and KPIs for capacity, CapEx, and performance

Your profile

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech production
Expertise in capacity planning and modeling
Expertise in data analysis and simulation
Experience in CapEx planning and business case development
Experience in leading cross-departmental and strategic initiatives
Outstanding stakeholder management skills across technical and business areas
Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex relationships
Proactive, structured, and results-oriented work style
English skills required; German skills advantageous
