Head of Human Resources (Maternity Cover)

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the three-member HR team.
• Advising management as a sparring partner on HR issues.
• Manage recruiting.
• Design and guide onboarding.
• Conduct offboarding.
• Responsible for personnel administration
• Prepare and forward monthly personnel changes for external payroll accounting.
• Create and monitor HR reports and statistics.
• Organize employer branding projects and events.
• Design and manage (inter)national HR projects and take on budget responsibility.

• Completed degree
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable generalist HR role.
• Experience in a law firm or a professional services environment (advantageous).
• In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law.
• Experience in collaboration with external payroll services.
• Initial leadership experience
• Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with employees at all levels.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in HR tools and MS Office.
• Proactive, self-reliant personality with a hands-on mentality, solution orientation, and strong service mindset.
