Responsibility for leading and further developing the HR Business Partner team in Europe, as well as providing strategic HR consultancy to senior and middle management. Core tasks include implementing HR strategies and managing organizational and change processes to support company goals in the region.

Your responsibilities

Leading and further developing the HR Business Partner team for Europe
Providing strategic consultancy to senior and middle management on HR matters
Implementing HR strategies to support company goals
Managing organizational and change initiatives in a private equity-driven environment
Managing talent management for the European region
Managing performance management for the European region
Planning and managing succession processes and budgeting (Annual Wheel)
Analyzing HR metrics and deriving appropriate measures
Collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Operations Europe, and the Executive Committee
Leading and participating in regional and global HR projects

Your profile

Completed studies focusing on Human Resources, Economics or Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience in international, complex organizational structures is advantageous
Leadership experience an advantage
Experience in guiding change processes and leadership development
Analytical and solution-oriented working style
In-depth knowledge of labor law, particularly Austrian and German law
Knowledge of additional European labor law regulations is advantageous
Strong communication and consulting skills
Fluent German and English skills
