You take on strategic and operational responsibility for brand management and the overall marketing presence. In this role, you lead a team, implement cross-channel measures, and make marketing success measurable.

Your responsibilities

Develop brand strategy and translate it into a clear identity
Ensure a consistent brand image across all channels
Design and optimize digital brand appearances
Execute offline appearances, events, and personal customer contact in alignment with the brand
Contribute creative ideas and impulses for brand management
Work closely with management to strengthen the brand
Lead the marketing team and the two team leaders
Set clear goals for the marketing team
Promote personal and professional development of employees
Create a motivating environment that encourages responsibility and teamwork
Manage Google presence
Oversee social media appearances
Manage and optimize newsletters and landing pages
Manage webshop and integrate it into the presence
Drive the use of AI solutions in marketing

Your profile

Several years of experience in a leading marketing function
Proven successes in a leading marketing role
Strategic perspective
Hands-on mentality
In-depth knowledge in SEA/SEO
In-depth knowledge in social ads
Experience in newsletter marketing
Knowledge in landing page optimization
Experience in using AI solutions in marketing
Competency with marketing tools
Quick understanding of new technologies
Understanding of B2B communication
Understanding of B2C communication
German fluency
Very good English
