Lead the global customer engagement strategy and craft seamless, customer-focused experiences across digital, personal, and relationship-based channels. You will lead an international team and integrate customer insights, digital marketing, creative services, and events into a coordinated omnichannel approach.

Your responsibilities

Develop and implement a global customer engagement strategy
Lead, develop, and inspire a global customer engagement team
Ensure consistent, customer-focused experiences across all touchpoints
Integrate customer relationships, digital marketing, creative services, and events
Leverage customer insights, segmentation, and feedback for strategy formulation
Drive digital marketing through content, automation, analytics, and technology
Monitor and ensure consistent brand communication through creative services
Plan and lead strategic events and customer experiences
Coordinate initiatives with commercial, marketing, sales, technology, and regional teams
Define KPIs, measure performance, and continuously optimize

Your profile

Strategic and commercial leadership capabilities
Experience in customer engagement, marketing, communication, or commercial excellence
Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams in matrix organizations
Experience in developing and implementing global or multichannel strategies
Experience in implementing omnichannel engagement programs
Cross-functional collaboration with commercial, sales, marketing, digital, and creative teams
Utilize customer insights, segmentation, and feedback for strategic decisions
Experience with digital marketing, content, automation, and analytics
Ability to influence stakeholders in complex organizations
Success in achieving measurable, customer-focused business outcomes
