You are responsible for the financial strategy, planning, and management of the ITS division, aiming to ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance, as well as further developing the financial organization.

Your responsibilities

Leading the finance team of the ITS division (both functionally and disciplinarily)
Collaborating with the CFO and advising the board with data-driven recommendations
Deriving and implementing a financial strategy to achieve corporate goals
Responsible for processes related to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Developing financial models and conducting scenario analyses
Initiating measures for capital allocation, cash flow optimization, and profitability enhancement
Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards
Establishing and monitoring internal controls, governance structures, and audit readiness
Coordinating collaboration with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies
Evaluating investment projects, including business cases, CAPEX, as well as acquisitions and divestitures

Your profile

Completed studies focused on finance, accounting, or controlling, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment
Comprehensive leadership experience and competence
Experience in budget and multi-year planning
Experience in investment controlling
Experience in group reporting
Knowledge of tax matters
Experience providing financial insights and recommendations to management and serving as a contact point for stakeholders
Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
Strong analytical and cross-linked thinking with entrepreneurial and strategic action; high sense of responsibility, initiative, quick grasp, and an independent, precise, and proactive working style
