Oversee process management
Ensure and improve service quality
Further develop existing processes
Create clear responsibilities

Manage an approximately 11-member team
Analyze KPIs and CRM data to derive optimization measures and support projects

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience in Customer Operations, Customer Service, or Service Management
Experience in the B2B service environment (ideally)
Experience in building and optimizing processes
Experience in the further development of operational service organizations
Proficient in handling KPIs
Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Structured and data-oriented working style
Passion for team development
Willingness to actively support changes and assume operational responsibility
Excellent German and English skills and a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style
