Your responsibilities

Managing two teams with different technological focuses
Leading team leaders and technical specialists
Ensuring the resolution of technical disruptions, escalations, and complex customer inquiries while adhering to service levels
Responsible for the technical development of Infrastructure Technology Support in the areas of platform and network
Responsible for the organizational development of Infrastructure Technology Support in the areas of platform and network
Contributing to the future direction of the global support organization
Identifying potential improvements and driving standardization
Driving automation and digitalization
Analyzing key figures and deriving measures to improve quality, stability, and efficiency
Monitoring costs, utilization, and efficiency, and deriving appropriate measures for organizational development

Your profile

Several years of experience in a leadership role in the technical support, infrastructure, or IT service environment
In-depth understanding of IT infrastructures, databases, operating systems, networks, or cloud technologies
Ideally, experience in IT Service Management (ITIL)
Ideally, experience in an international customer service environment
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Strong customer and service orientation
Structured and solution-oriented working approach
Effective communication with customers and internal contacts
Decisiveness and the ability to maintain an overview in challenging situations
