As Head of Human Resources, you are strategically and operationally responsible for all HR functions across two locations. Key tasks include developing people and organizational strategies and supporting transformation and development processes.

Your responsibilities

Assume strategic and operational HR responsibility for two locations
Collaborate with management as a sparring partner to shape people and organizational strategy
Plan and support transformation processes
Drive organizational development
Conduct workforce planning
Plan and implement leadership development
Establish and manage talent and succession management
Direct apprentice development
Continuously optimize HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
Oversee labor law and collective agreement (Kollektivvertrag) topics and collaborate with the works council

Your profile

Entrepreneurial thinking
Implementation strength in the HR field
Leadership and management experience
Experience in an industrial environment
Proven track record in guiding change phases
Experience in organizational and leadership development
Experience in talent and succession management
Excellent knowledge of Austrian labor law
Excellent understanding of collective agreement frameworks
Confident presence and keen insight into people and organizations
