Responsibility for the HR Business Partner organization in Europe, focusing on strategic HR consultancy and implementing HR-driven initiatives. The goal is the sustainable development of change processes and supporting business objectives through targeted HR measures.

Your responsibilities

Leadership and development of the Europe HRBP team
Strategic consulting for senior and mid-level management leaders
Implementation of HR strategies to support corporate goals
Management of organizational and change initiatives
Management of talent and performance management for Europe
Support for succession planning in Europe
Management of budgeting (Annual Wheel) for the Europe region
Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of actions
Collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Operations Europe, and the Executive Committee
Leadership and participation in regional and global HR projects

Your profile

Completed studies focusing on Human Resources, Economics or Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience in an international environment with complex organizational structures (ideally)
Leadership experience (advantageous)
Advanced understanding of business processes and organizational development
Experience in accompanying change processes and leadership development
Analytical and solution-oriented working style
In-depth knowledge of labor law, particularly Austrian and German; knowledge of other European countries is advantageous
Strong communication and consulting skills
Fluent German and English skills
