In this role, you will implement the global OpEx strategy within a division and drive sustainable performance improvements. You will lead the Divisional OpEx team and embed a culture of continuous improvement at the sites.

Your responsibilities

Implement global OpEx strategy within the division
Develop a clear divisional performance agenda with divisional COOs and site leadership
Define goals, milestones, and conduct progress reviews
Engage and involve leaders in change initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop the Divisional OpEx team
Introduce and sustainably embed OpEx frameworks at multiple sites
Collaborate closely with group OpEx experts and act as a sparring partner
Support sites in problem-solving and loss analyses
Coordinate and support value stream optimization projects
Promote knowledge transfer and best practice exchange between sites

Your profile

At least 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or Industrial Performance
Proven leadership experience in complex, multi-site, or matrix organizations
In-depth knowledge of lean methods.
Experience with Six Sigma methods
Knowledge of continuous improvement (CI) methods
Familiarity with OpEx systems
Practical, implementation-oriented working style combined with strategic thinking
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Experience in stakeholder management in international environments
