In this role, you will hold overall responsibility for a Physical Security Operations Center and assume the business management of the security industry. The central tasks include establishing and developing services as well as ensuring processes, certifications, and service quality.

Your responsibilities

Assume disciplinary leadership of the Competence Center Physical Security Operations Center
Assume technical leadership of the Competence Center Physical Security Operations Center
Assume commercial leadership of the Competence Center Physical Security Operations Center
Perform business management duties in the security industry
Design and develop a catalog of services in the field of security and physical security
Support and develop existing clients
Acquire new business relationships
Ensure the protection of critical infrastructure in accordance with ÖNORM EN 17483-1
Operate an alarm center according to OVE EN 50518
Develop efficient and scalable processes and structures in collaboration with leaders and staff, and negotiate with stakeholders to ensure quality performance

Your profile

Authorization to operate in the security industry according to GewO § 129
Completed studies with a focus on business administration, security management, or comparable fields
Several years of relevant professional experience in security or service environments
Several years of leadership experience in security or service environments
In-depth knowledge of relevant legal frameworks
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
Ability to strategically develop organizations and business models
Ability to operationally develop organizations and business models
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong implementation skills
Confident demeanor and negotiation skills at various levels
