Your responsibilities

Assume overall leadership of the organization
Drive the strategic development of the organization
Ensure close coordination and collaboration with the owner
Design change and organizational development processes
Implement change measures
Maintain existing partnerships in the social and labor market policy sector
Expand networks with relevant stakeholders
Represent the organization internally
Represent the organization externally
Lead, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a culture of appreciation

Your profile

Completed university degree in law and/or economics
In-depth know-how of Austrian authority and administrative structures
Experience in the social and labor market policy sector
Experience in managing EU funding programs
Several years of leadership experience
Business acumen
Strategic thinking
Experience in designing and facilitating change processes
Strong communication skills and high level of cooperation ability
High networking competence and the ability to successfully engage diverse interest groups and develop joint solutions
