Managing Director

• Management and organization of seminar gastronomy & catering (CEL)
• Management of the restaurant and bar
• Organization and management of catering & events
• Management of housekeeping and accommodation areas (144 single, 24 double rooms)
• Assuming the role of host and first point of contact for the client SBB on site
• Handling guest requests and concerns
• Making decisions regarding guest needs
• Implementing guest requests and service adjustments
• Coordinating the interface with reception (SIHOT)
• Coordinating the interface with housekeeping
• Acting as a liaison between the operation, SBB, and headquarters
• Ensuring quality and service standards
• Building a new operational team as part of the takeover/opening of CEL (starting 01/04/2027)
• Recruiting management positions in collaboration with the People & Culture department
• Collaboration in the tandem/coach model with specialist coaches for service, kitchen, and housekeeping during the initial phase

• 10–15 years of professional experience in gastronomy or hospitality
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally as operations manager
• Proven experience in banquet management
• Proven experience in catering management
• Proven experience in seminar management
• Experience in hospitality/accommodation at least at interface level (front office / housekeeping)
• Opening or takeover experience is advantageous
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of industry-specific systems (cash/ticketing systems)
• Familiarity with the hotel reservation system SIHOT is a plus
• Experience with reporting in the client model is a plus
• Flawless oral and written German skills
• Good French skills desired
• Communicative skills
• Diplomatic sensitivity for collaboration with CEL management, the client SBB, and partners
