We are seeking a leader for the management of an Italian-inspired restaurant. You will have overall responsibility, lead a team of about 23, and ensure consistent service and quality offerings.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for restaurant operations
Represent the restaurant externally
Ensure guest-friendly service
Lead a team of 23
Train employees
Coach and develop employees
Confidently use digital tools
Independently handle administrative tasks
Ensure consistently high quality together with the team
Prepare the annual budget
Organize and execute purchasing
Conduct monthly inventories

Your profile

Completed training in the hospitality sector
Advantage: Graduation from a hotel management school or comparable qualification
Existing license to run a restaurant (Wirtepatent)
Several years of leadership experience in a comparable setting
Expertise in leading and developing people and teams
Passion and interest in wine
In-depth, proven wine knowledge
Entrepreneurial thinking
Responsible decision-making in operations
Very good German language skills
Italian and French skills are advantageous
