We are looking for a dedicated, entrepreneurially minded leader for the operational and administrative management of a Christmas chalet. You will be responsible for operations, team leadership, and organizing service and guest operations during the project period.

Your responsibilities

Creation and optimization of training materials
Definition and adaptation of work processes
Planning of the operational setup and procedures
Creation of duty and deployment schedules
Coordination and control of reservations and group bookings
Involvement in recruitment and onboarding of the team
Development of organizational structures and quality standards
Overall responsibility for the chalet's operations
Leading, motivating, and planning the deployment of the team
Ensuring smooth service and guest operations
Responsibility for quality, hygiene, and standards compliance
Monitoring inventory management, staff deployment, and daily accounts
Monitoring revenue, cost, and quality targets
Ongoing optimization of processes and procedures

Your profile

Several years of experience in the hospitality, hotel, or event industry
Experience in a leadership position is an advantage
Entrepreneurial thinking
Strong hands-on mentality
Organizational talent
Ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
High social competence.
Enjoyment in leading staff
Independent working style
Structured working style
Solution-oriented work approach
Very good German language skills
English skills are an advantage
High level of commitment
