We are seeking an experienced executive to take on the role of managing director in the field of building technology and HVAC. In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of the company, as well as managing the entire operation. You will oversee market activities and help shape the company's future direction.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for company strategy and operations
Lead and develop technology, project management, installation, service, production/workshop, and commercial departments
Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
Support strategically important projects and proposals
Acquire new customers and business opportunities
Responsible for bidding and tendering business
Manage major clients and projects
Ensure high technical quality standards
Economically execute projects
Optimize structures, processes, and digitalization
Implement new technologies and artificial intelligence
Collaborate with owners during the handover phase
Independently lead alongside the management team post-handover

Your profile

Completed technical or commercial education
Professional experience in the HVAC field or similar technical areas
Several years of leadership experience in a medium-sized technical company
Ideally, experience in plant construction
Technical and commercial understanding
Enjoy challenging solutions and projects
Experience in team leadership and development
Strong customer and sales orientation
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong decision-making ability
Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
Convincing presence
Communication and negotiation skills
