Further development of the event and evening offerings at Restaurant & Pub Hirschen
Recruitment of new staff

Ensuring smooth operations in both establishments
Responsibility for budget and cost control
Monitoring of quality and business performance indicators
Planning and implementation of continuous development measures

Completed training in gastronomy
Completed training in hospitality
Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position
