You will take on the entrepreneurial management of an entire hospitality business with a restaurant, hotel, and holiday apartments. You ensure smooth operations, lead the team, and bear responsibility for profitability and guest service.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the restaurant, hotel, and holiday apartments
Plan operational processes and ensure they run professionally
Lead, develop, and motivate the team
Organize seasonal staff and create work schedules
Recruit new employees and support them during onboarding
Calculate menu costs and design food and beverage menus
Create offers and quotes for events
Conduct sales and consultation conversations with guests
Organize and manage events (seminars, banquets, events)
Collaborate with marketing on events and promotions
Achieve budget goals and control costs
Create and verify hourly, daily, and monthly reports

Your profile

Broad operational experience in a similar environment
Experience in mountain regions or seasonal businesses
Training in gastronomy or hospitality
Further education in a hospitality sector (if applicable) is indicated
Proven leadership skills.
Authentic host personality
Ability to lead a team of approximately 20–35 people
Calm working style under pressure
Negotiation and sales skills
Native German speaker
