As management, you strategically and operationally lead an organization focused on development cooperation. You are primarily responsible for financial stability, personnel management, fundraising, and representing the organization in networks and to sponsors.

Your responsibilities

Lead the organization strategically and operationally in coordination with the board
Develop sustainable future strategies
Implement organizational goals operationally
Oversee economic development and financial management
Lead personnel management in collaboration with the leadership team
Professionalize institutional fundraising
Acquire financial resources and broaden the base
Represent the organization in networks and committees
Represent to sponsors, member organizations, and cooperation partners
Promote efficient structures and support a modern, agile work culture

Your profile

Completed university degree (Business Administration, Social Management, Political Science, Social Sciences, or similar)
Several years of leadership experience
Ideally, leadership experience in an NPO, foundation, association, or social enterprise
Development policy expertise
Solid knowledge of financial management
In-depth knowledge of project management
Proven success in fundraising
Networking in relevant areas
Positive approach to church and religiosity
A communicative leadership personality with strong social and intercultural competence and strategic foresight
