General Manager Holding

• Lead the development of an operational holding platform
• Establish and stabilize shared service functions in core areas
• Implement unified governance and reporting standards
• Implement and monitor J-SOX and export control requirements
• Support post-merger integration and adjust acquisitions
• Align priorities with subsidiary directors and specialized departments
• Coordinate collaboration with regional leadership teams and the parent company
• Drive process standardization and harmonization
• Ensure productivity increases and effective resource utilization
• Be responsible for governance and compliance reports to management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Senior leadership experience in international or multi-country operations
• Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management in matrix structures
• Leadership skills across finance, HR, compliance, law, export control, and IT
• Business English proficiency at C1 level, spoken and written
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation
• High integrity, sense of responsibility, and practical judgment
• Good organizational skills, adaptability, and resilience in change
• Intercultural communication skills and trust-building across units
• Experience with Japanese companies or headquarters, and knowledge in export control, compliance programs, M&A integration, or shared service leadership are advantageous
