- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Professional experience in the HR field
- Taken responsibility for complex HR agendas in an international company
- Experience in supporting organizational changes
- Preferably experience in the technology or IT sector
- Strategic thinking ability
- Strong interest in people and their development
- Leading through presence rather than hierarchy (influencing ability)
- Clarity in communication and decision-making
- Reliability in collaboration
- Ability to convince at all levels
- Native German speaker
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
