We are seeking an experienced Communications Lead (m/f/d) responsible for the entire communication strategy, brand management, social media, PR, and content coordination. You will work closely with management and the team, handling both strategic planning and operational execution.

Your responsibilities

Responsible for brand management and positioning
Further development of the brand
Co-design and implementation of CI development with external partners
Development and implementation of communication strategies, campaigns, and new formats
Sparring and advising management and the team on communication matters
Creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
Production of reels, stories, videos, and imagery
Design of presentations, social media graphics, and communication materials in Canva
Building and maintaining media contacts
Managing press relations and publications
Research and submission of relevant awards
Organization and coordination of architecture and project shoots
Collaboration with external photographers and videographers
Creation of project texts, documentation, and references
Communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Your profile

Several years of experience in communication, PR, and/or content marketing or a similar role
Excellent writing skills in German
Excellent writing skills in English
Strategic thinking ability
Good sense of brand identity
Passion for independently developing, producing, and implementing content
Experience with social media
Experience in content creation
Experience with digital communication channels
Proficiency in using Canva
Knowledge in the use of AI and other digital tools
Keen sense of design, imagery, and visual communication
Initiative, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality
Interest in architecture, design, culture, exhibitions, and spatial storytelling
