Operational assurance of Property Management Systems
Operational assurance of Point-of-Sale Systems
Operation and maintenance of networks
Operation and maintenance of telecommunications
Leading IT projects
Conducting system upgrades
Implementing new technologies
Managing IT budgets
Managing supplier relationships and service contracts

Your profile

At least two years of relevant experience as a Director of IT in a luxury hotel environment
High self-motivation
Proactive work approach
Ability to develop and implement technological solutions to enhance the guest experience
Ability to develop and implement technological solutions to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
Strong analytical skills
Competence in assessing local and overarching IT issues
Experience collaborating with central/global IT teams
