Chief Information Officer (IT Transformation)

• Development and implementation of an international IT and digitalization strategy, including a roadmap.
• Establishment of group-wide standards, architectures, and governance structures.
• Overall responsibility for the global rollout of a new SAP ERP system.
• Further development of the existing CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Ensuring seamless, high-quality IT support for international stakeholders.
• Analysis of the current state and introduction of standardization and harmonization across locations.
• Advancement of digital business processes and data platforms.
• Leadership, development, and organizational expansion of the global IT team.

• Completed studies in information technology, computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or comparable fields.
• Further qualifications in IT management, business analytics, or change/transformation management (desirable).
• Several years of leadership experience in international IT organizations.
• Proven success in the implementation and transformation of ERP systems.
• Knowledge in the advancement of CRM solutions, e.g., Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in integrating new plants, locations, or business areas.
• In-depth knowledge of modern IT architectures, cloud technologies, IT governance, and IT security in a Microsoft environment.
• Experience in IT strategy, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• A communication-strong leader with a high level of execution strength and a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as intercultural understanding.
