As an operations manager, you are responsible for the comprehensive organization and management of kitchen operations in a corporate restaurant. You oversee menu planning, personnel management, and quality assurance in the culinary sector.
Your responsibilities
- Preparation of cold dishes
- Preparation of hot dishes
- Creation of the weekly menu
- Ordering goods for the location
- Monitoring orders
- Preparing reports for the location
- Conducting administrative tasks related to orders and location
- Efficient use of materials, goods, and equipment
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
- Implementation of quality guidelines
- Management and organization of all kitchen operations
- Personnel management and leadership
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Experience in a comparable position
- Assertiveness
- Resilience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Structured working style
- Independent working style.
- German language skills at least at B2 level
- Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
