You will lead the kitchen teams in a corporate restaurant and be responsible for the planning and organization of kitchen operations. This includes designing the menu, managing staff, and ensuring the quality of the meals.

Your responsibilities

Management and organization of all kitchen operations
Staff management in kitchen operations
Planning and creating the weekly menu
Contributing to the preparation of cold and hot dishes
Processing orders for the corporate restaurant location
Inspecting ordered goods and materials
Preparing reports for the location
Organizing and carrying out administrative tasks
Ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment
Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in operations

Your profile

Completed training as a chef
Experience in a comparable leadership position
Strong assertiveness
High resilience in day-to-day work
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of handling IT systems
Structured and independent working style
German language skills at least B2 level
Willingness to lead a team
Ability to adhere to hygiene and quality guidelines
