Operations Manager
We are looking for an Operations Manager for a company restaurant. You will take over the planning, organization, and management of kitchen operations, as well as personnel leadership, menu design, and ensuring quality and hygiene.
Your responsibilities
- Planning of kitchen operations
- Organization of work processes in the kitchen
- Management and coordination of all kitchen operations
- Leadership of kitchen and service staff
- Menu design
- Creation of the weekly menu
- Preparation of cold dishes
- Preparation of hot dishes
- Ordering of goods and materials for the location
- Control of stocks, goods, and materials
- Preparation and reporting of location reports
- Execution of administrative tasks related to orders and the location
- Ensuring efficient use of materials
- Ensuring efficient use of goods
- Ensuring efficient use of equipment
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Experience in a comparable position
- Assertiveness
- Resilience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Computer skills for administrative tasks
- Structured working style
- Independent working style.
- Good German skills at least at B2 level
