You manage the operations of a mountain lodge and take responsibility for guests and staff. Your tasks include event planning, operational support, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and labor regulations.

Your responsibilities

Take on an exemplary host role for the entire team
Exceed guest expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels
Develop banquet concepts with the Event Manager
Oversee and coordinate the execution of banquets
Provide operational support in service when necessary
Offer operational assistance in the kitchen when needed
Regularly inform and train the team
Conduct annual reviews with each employee
Develop employees according to their talents and opportunities
Deploy staff at the right place and time according to schedule
Monitor compliance with the L-GAV
Take responsibility for implementing the HACCP concept
Handle complaints carefully and strive for guest satisfaction
Ensure sustainable and cost-conscious management

Your profile

Training as a restaurant specialist
Several years of experience in various types of restaurants
Have completed further training in the hospitality sector
Fluent German in spoken and written form
Very good French skills in spoken and written form
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
High empathy in dealing with guests and employees
Excellent manners
Strong sense of responsibility
Sales talent
Hospitality mindset
Residence or willingness to live in the mountain lodge
Willingness to work full time
